Along with helping you lose weight, this program promises to help you in other areas of your life. If you follow this program you will be eating mainly carbs and fats which it promises will help you push back heart disease and also reboot your metabolism. You may think this sounds wonderful if you’ve been eating nothing but fruits and veggies. And this diet does seem to work for some. Still others say that cutting out protein like this is not healthy. With all the weight loss programs out there it is hard to find the right one. How do you know which ones are most worth your time? Finding the right one, depends a lot on what your goal is.
