  • ( ) Weight Loss is Controlled by Hormones, not Calories

Dr. Eric Berg discovers the link between foods, hormones and weight loss. Weight gain is a symptom of ill health, not the cause of it.

Alexandria, VA (PRWEB) May 20, 2008 -- "People are literally killing themselves trying to lose weight," claims Dr. Eric Berg, of Alexandria VA. In my line of work, there is often a conflict between the demands of the call of duty and the weight loss programme, and inevitably, the latter must give way. Thus, I had to stop in February and resumed the programme only in April, and I have shed only 12kg.

Naturally, I am very disappointed at not having achieved my target of shedding 20kg, but nevertheless, I have decided to have my finale 3km run at Subang Ria Park at 8am on June 7. In the meantime, I shall do my best to shed more weight.
